Over Three Decades of Experience in Commercial Real Estate
Michael P. Audia
Prior to becoming a partner in Premier Commercial Real Estate Services, Michael P. Audia was Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services for Petroplus Lane, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from West Virginia University and developed extensive experience in manufacturing, management and administration skills while working with Ford Motor Company and The Kohler Company. Michael has been a franchisee of two chain restaurant concepts, a partner in a regional casual-theme restaurant concept, and developed a “white tablecloth” restaurant serving Prime Steaks and Seafood. Further diversifying his business experience, Michael has been a Partner in the area’s most reputable and quality-driven commercial/residential HVAC company, Advanced Heating and Cooling.
His business experience has allowed him to emerge as a leader in the commercial real estate market, specializing in tenant representation of retail, office and industrial clients throughout the tri-state area. As a member of The Landlord Development team, Michael participated in all lease negotiations for Suncrest Towne Centre, the flagship development of North Central West Virginia. Michael has represented a vast variety of companies working in the Marcellus and Utica Shale and was instrumental in the development of Mon-Fayette Industrial Park, home to more than 15 industrial companies. Michael has also facilitated deals with national clients, including Kroger, KFC, Gander Mountain, Coldwater Creek, McDonald’s and CVS Pharmacy.

Robert E. Campbell
Robert E. Campbell, a licensed real estate agent in West Virginia, specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. He is a founding partner of Premier Commercial with tremendous knowledge of the Morgantown and surrounding communities having earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University. With an extensive background in new construction and development, Campbell’s areas of expertise include market rate multifamily housing, student rental, shopping center and office properties.
Prior to the formation of Premier, Campbell held sales management positions with Proctor-Silex Inc. in Northern California, Dallas, Texas and Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a former partner in Northeast Capital Corp., a commercial real estate financing company based in Morgantown, West Virginia. Bob is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate deal structure, and has placed more than $450 million in commercial property financing over the last eight years.
